Lexapro 30 mg

Lexapro is an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medicine. Its generic drug is Escitalopram. This goes under the class of drugs known as Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Lexapro is available in different doses, such as Lexapro 1 mg, Lexapro 5 mg, Lexapro 10 mg, Lexapro 15 mg, Lexapro  20 mg, and Lexapro 30 mg. Usually, you should take it once daily in the morning or evening. Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, age, gender, other medications you may be taking, and response to the medicine. Your doctor advises you to take a lower dose at first and it may increase as the therapy continue.
